Beef

We offer beef in ¼’s, ½’s and wholes. An average ¼ of beef is around 100 pounds of actual meat. Our beef is produced and raised on the ranch where it spends its entire life on pasture with a 100% forage diet before being transitioned to a grain and forage diet for about 100-120 days prior to processing. Our cattle are typically processed at 18-24 months of age and we hand select the cattle that goes into our beef program to ensure a high quality product. These are processed at a brand new custom processing facility just 6 miles from the ranch where you select how you want your cuts.

Poultry

We started growing out Cornish Cross broiler chickens for our personal consumption. If you have ever step foot in a conventional chicken house you might consider doing the same. We want the food we eat to come from a clean environment so we raise our chickens out on pasture where they are moved to a fresh area every day to scratch through the soil for bugs and grass. They are feed grain in addition to the all of the protein rich bugs they can chase down. We love what the chickens do for our pastures by fertilizing them in a natural way. It’s a great clean way to raise chickens so we have started offering them to our customers as well. The chickens are processed at a USDA inspected processor.
